Marketing Coordinator

Williams Media is a full-service marketing and creative agency with offices in  Buffalo, NY, and Charlotte, NC. We’re looking for a talented, passionate Marketing Coordinator to join the crew!

You’re going to work hard, you’re going to have a lot of fun, you’re going to help a lot of amazing companies (and for) some amazing people… and you’re probably going to eat a lot of pizza.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Director on inbound marketing campaigns, social media strategy and content, marketing automation, SEO and more.
  • Project/account management management
  • Internal marketing objectives
  • Social media content strategy, creation and reporting
  • Coordinating and implementing email campaigns
  • Reporting on marketing data and trends
  • Typical workweek: Monday through Friday

Position Details


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or 3 years of experience
  • Software: HubSpot, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and WordPress
  • Technology: Social media platforms, Google Business,
  • Creativity: Understanding of digital principles/methods used to promote, display, and sell b2b products/services
  • Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Prioritizing: Ability to multi-task and maintain impeccable attention to detail
  • Relationships: Positive demeanor, with a teachable attitude that connects with diverse audiences
  • Urgency: Operates well within a fast-moving environment and with minimal oversight
  • Teachable: Passion for self-learning and constant improvement


  • Ability to understand a business’s pain points and help build solutions to solve them.
  • Ability to understand a design/task, ask the right questions if anything is unclear, and deliver a final product that exceeds expectations
  • Ability to learn and work within our current processes, while providing proactive solutions for growth.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and manage contractors as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects across multiple industries at once in an organized and effective capacity.

It was important for us to convey the brand in the most accurate way, so our team also crafted a suite of 24 custom illustrations to demonstrate every aspect of the SingleSource experience.

Business headshots are boring. We thought we would spice things up by hand-drawing everyone on the accounting team to create an inviting presence while maintaining brand consistency.
